How to Commit to Personal Training, Motivation, and Proper Nutrition
There are several components to a workout commitment: the first is your commitment to begin. This is your job. Approaching me, expressing interest and asking questions is your first step. When you begin training, we’ll complete a medical questionnaire to provide awareness of your health history.
Next, I will measure and test your strength and flexibility. We’ll establish and renew your fitness goals, evaluate and review your progress once a week. Importantly, we’ll both work on a custom gourmet diet to acheive lean results.
Offering one-on-one training, I will teach you the best exercises as well as the correct form to accomplish your toning goals. I will motivate you to believe in yourself and provide positive encouragement.
My professional certifications include Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Fitness Chef, and a Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling. All certifications and activity will ensure your success with a Personal Training program. It’s like more grain in you whole wheat bread.
You can schedule you first Personal Trainer meeting on the Schedule page.
