Although a simple exercise, there are a lot of “not getting anywhere” workout programs that I see each day in the gym. People watch other people’s workouts in the gym and attempt to copy their form, although the wrong muscle group, grip, push or pull. After a short period of time, the novice or non-experienced become discouraged and drop out. To avoid the problem of discouragement, bad form or lack of progress, I always suggest hiring a Personal Trainer for a period of time to make progress.
